Experience Our Model House Firsthand!

We believed that to truly recommend the superior comfort of European-style high-performance homes to others, we needed to experience and verify it ourselves first. With this vision in mind, we decided to fully renovate an unused annex on our family’s property—which had been sitting vacant—into a ultra-high-performance home built to true European standards.

Naturally, we entrusted the thermal design and master carpentry to our Swiss master carpenter.

The project was a non-stop journey of try and error. Materials that are affordable and readily available in Switzerland turned out to be expensive in Japan, while others weren't imported at all. We even had to arrange special sea freight shipments directly from Switzerland to get the right components...

In the end, the completed home surpassed all our expectations. More importantly, the problem-solving knowledge and practical expertise we gained throughout this hands-on building process became an invaluable foundation for our future construction work.

We have now opened this building as an official Ecoplus Model House for anyone interested in high-performance construction or wanting to experience true European-grade indoor comfort for themselves.
